Willow Furniture & Design (formerly Country Willow) has been my family’s go-to place for furniture my entire life. We still have every piece we have ever purchased, and they are still all beautiful, feel current, and are all in a terrific “like-new” state (from as far back as 25+ years!!) Now that I have my own home, I am so grateful to select pieces that my family can enjoy for many years to come- I shop here with confidence- knowing that we will always be provided with excellent service, expert design advice, and the most beautiful, and unique quality furniture on the local market in my opinion. Laura R. has been our sales person for much of our purchases and she is fantastic- super sweet, really listens to our needs and truly gives practical and great design advice. Cori, the owner is so lovely and wonderful, she recently helped us find an antique mirror for above our mantle - we had been holding out for the right thing, something special, and she nailed it! The entire team is so fantastic and sweet. And delivery is A BREEZE. So professional and reliable; I have a history of working in the design industry and trust me when I say- deliveries are NOT always easy or pleasant. We have always had wonderful experience with their delivery from set up and scheduling to delivery and beyond. We have (2) sofas, club chairs, a bed, dressers, side tables, mirrors and accessories, a media console, desks and desk chairs, a kitchen table and chairs as well as formal dining table- all from country willow- all in excellent condition- all beautiful pieces we love even years after purchasing. Recently we had the pleasure of also finding our first nursery chair (swivel/glider/recliner) here- it is SO COMFORTABLE and the quality is WAY better than the chairs we saw at Crate & Barrel or Pottery Barn. Throughout the years, this small business with big heart has been the place to go for country furnishings; these days they have a great combination of country, traditional, transitional, modern, bohemian, etc. styles making it your must go one-stop-shop! Also a lovely place to find gorgeous carpets, artwork, mirrors, accessories, candles, pillows, etc.! We have tried to get furniture elsewhere and I can honestly say you cannot beat Willow’s service and quality; they never let us...

Once again, another amazing Country Willow shopping experience. Joan’s corner desk system is absolutely perfect for her room. Robin outdid herself suggesting that system and helping us to design it.

Alan was not planning to change any furniture in his room, but fell in love with the first desk Robin showed Joan before suggesting the corner desk system. Again, Robin did a great job helping us select a finish to the desk. It is one of the most elegant pieces of furniture in our house. She also helped us pick a coordinating file cabinet that complimented the new desk and our two existing bookshelves. A new sleep sofa rounded out the purchase and gave Alan a whole new, stunning office.

One of the many advantages in dealing with Country Willow, besides the outstanding craftsmanship of the furniture and phenomenal customer support, is that each piece is custom designed and manufactured for the customer. Besides being able to choose the finish of the furniture we were able to tailor the dimensions of Alan’s desk. Without this option he would not have his beautiful desk.

Something that is very obvious to us is the team effort at Country Willow. Monica in delivery was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Danilo and his assistant were two of the most caring delivery people we have ever had in our house. Michael, the furniture technician, and his assistant Zach, were amazing how they put Joan’s desk system together. A special than you to Zach who found us a mirror in the warehouse when we were told there were no more. When issues developed, Heather would make them disappear, thank you for that Heather, and Susie, helped Alan find the perfect chair for his new desk.

Yes, during these challenging times of Covid-19 it did take a little longer to get our furniture delivered but it was well worth the wait to get the quality of furniture we received and deal with such a caring store as yours.

My husband and I went here after trying to buy furniture online and in "bargain" furniture stores. We were looking for a set of high-quality dressers and were amazed by the selection and price points at Country Willow. No Ikea or particle board garbage here!

What we loved most was that the salespeople were kind and gave us space while we looked around. Once we had an idea of what we liked, a salesperson was standing by, and she showed us options and customizations within our price range. Even shortly after purchasing and leaving the store, we received prompt follow-up emails confirming style availability and delivery dates.

After finding the dressers we wanted, my husband found a Stressless recliner that he fell in love with that we also purchased on the spot. Their selection, quality, and customization options were unparalleled compared to other stores.

Their payment options are great and aside from the initial deposit, we don't have to pay anything until the furniture is delivered. Delivery is white glove, so they will bring the furniture in and place it where it's needed which was a huge relief for my husband since he has back issues and we have a narrow hallway.

Furniture hasn't arrived yet but I will update my review once it's here! We're looking forward to our new dressers and recliner!

UPDATE: We received our dressers this past December and love them. Due to the supply chain issues, the delivery was delayed and our handles are not ready yet, but as soon as our dressers were in stock we received an email asking if we’d like delivery or to wait until the handles came in. We decided to take delivery and the movers were very fast, clean and professional. Country Willow is sending out installers to add the handles once they arrive. Overall we are still very impressed with the quality of our dressers, the communication from the sales team, and the professionalism of the delivery people and sales reps. Looking forward to making more purchases here...
