My name is Kevin Daughtry and I live in South Beloit, IL. I have been involved with computers in some form or fashion since the early 1980's when DOS was the operating system of the day and you had XT computers with 20MB hard drives and only 512K RAM. Rick the owner is one of the best computer guys in our area that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. His customer service is awesome and he goes out of his way to make sure the customer is happy and well informed. His knowledge of the industry is unsurpassed.

I went there to have my son's laptop repaired. It is an older Acer machine and needed a new keyboard and some additional memory. Not only did Rick have everything in stock, he installed the new parts and had the machine up and running better than before in a matter of minutes. I saved over $100.00 from other computer stores that had quoted me pricing on the same project. Then we spent the next hour exchanging stories about the differences between the old and new technology.

Many of the computer stores in our area try to over sell you or make you feel uncomfortable with their condescending attitudes and terminologies. Rick is not one of them.
