Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Beloit

The occasional mistake is expected here, but when I call and say hey, i ordered a taco pizza, they forgot the chips. Kind of a critical ingredient. I called in right away, and I cant get more than a word or two without being interrupted and how its my fault because I used the app, but if I click taco pizza, whatevers happens from there is you guys, or..... your cook simply made a mistake. Happens right? Why include it as a specialty pizza option if you dont know how to make your own pizzas? I ordered a large pizza for pick up using the Doordash App. I am new in the neighborhood and I rely on local restaurants often due to our family schedule (also local business owners). The customer service experience was horrible.
