Staff friendly . No pics to post if there were they would be waiting in line !!!! You have to buy tickets to get any type of food or drinks.( Loooong line ) I was told after waiting in line I could only buy drinks two at a time even soda and water. So I deliver my 2 bottles of water and return to drink line for 2 more bottles of water. ( July 75° and sunny ) Some people were actually buying their drinks and just immediately getting back in line. Because by the time they got back to the front they drank the two drinks they had. There are different grades of food tickets, so make sure you buy your ticket in the right food tier. God forbid you wait in line ( like me ) and they don't have what you bought the tickets for ( no hot dogs ???) Then redirected to wait in another line to get the food I had tickets for. Drink lots, eat and use the bathroom before you get here and wait in the freaking lines to get in to see the show !!! So far I have one hour and 48 minutes waiting in lines. Not counting 30 min wait to get in, or adding in bathroom, and parking times. Also if you have any concerns for hygiene. Bring your own hand sanitizer. That way you don't have to waste the water that you just waited in line for. The sound was good and everyone in the audience was friendly. At least I got to see the headliner. I'm not saying I won't go back. But I will definitely be more prepared. I will probably just end up tailgating ( not in the parking lot tho they don't like that ) and showing up to the show late. So I'll definitely be buying...
Read moreTake with a grain of salt; I understand that this is normally a country/lower energy type of venue, but my first experience was the Bad Religion/Dropkick Murphys show. Paid $100 for the VIP package, got a shitty bag with about $8 worth of "swag" in it and a VIP laminate that you only needed outside the venue. Sure, you get free VIP parking that's normally $40 (!!!), and early entry. What do you get out of early entry? You can go to the merch booth 30 minutes before everyone else, sure. Can't get food though, they're not ready until after doors. Also note food and drinks is still done on a ticket service like its 1985. They say its to make it easier on the staff but they only have cans and there's about 30 people to get a drink from at any given time, doesn't seem like it should be that hard. Food is trash and overpriced, hope they don't sell the same stuff in the restaurant. Then you have the actual GA area which is squares of grass with concrete running in between them. Any show with a mosh pit is going to have the potential of someone cracking their head open just from falling down and I saw a lot of that tonight. Don't get me started on the poor kid they had come out and thank the sponsors before the bands came out (an hour and a half after doors btw and I don't think that was on the bands) tldr whole place feels like a rip, things are outdated and I had an all around bad experience at Tags. Sound system was good though, they get one...
Read moreI just had to leave a coheed + primus show early. When entering the venue I was told I couldn't bring in my bottled water. I emptied it and they told me I couldn't bring in the empty bottle.
We went inside, where for the first 90 minutes of being inside water was not yet available for sale. (We had early entry meet and greet and we were in a party of 12). I drank water from the bathroom sink, (bartender said they're not allowed to give out cups).
I fainted during coheeds set due to being severely dehydrated. I didn't realize it was cash only and couldn't use my card. I went to the bar and explained that I just passed out and needed water. They said not without cash. I said if they didn't give me water I was leaving in an ambulance. I asked where the water station was, and she said "you can go use the spigot under the bathroom sink if you want." I did try to use the bathroom sink but the line was out the door.
I then went to the MEDIC TENT and told them I needed water as i had just fainted. They said we don't have any. I asked them to call me an ambulance. They said, "so they can give you water???"
I collapsed a second time leaving the venue, and my friend helped me to the car where we had water bottles. They would not let me back into the venue.
Left 1/2 the way through and will be seeking a refund.
Dangerous venue begging...
