This is awful tops to shop at. If ever buying anything from carryout cafe make sure you watch them make your food because the staff sometimes doesn't wear gloves. Also the food at the wing bar sits out all night long and not sure how safe that is. Also if you do decide to shop at this location try going during the day as the night staff sucks. The overnight manager is not a very nice person. All around I'd have to say this location always seems to be very dark and depressing looking. The lighting is dreary and the atmosphere is depressing and dusty and generally not too clean. The prices are outrageous probably double wegmans prices. The only thing I have good to say about this location and why i gave the 1 star is they do have GREAT breakfast pizza. The carryout cafe manager is great. She should be made the store manager as she seems to be the only manager in this location that seems to know what she is doing. Maybe a change in management might help this...

I could tell conversation wasn't "work related." This was very rude and I saw that she lacked PROFESSIONALISM. Did not say hello, just a dry "how can I help you?" I called ahead of time for hours to purchase a money order after being @ Walmart where the Money Gram machines were down. Guy that answered did not mention "cash only." Once there I was INFORMED and proceeded to seek an ATM before they close. Thankfully my sister was there shopping and spotted me the cash. Returned to same Cashier and didn't receive a "thank you" or anything after transaction. Suggested she & others answering phone re inquiries for money orders please make point to advise of "cash only" policy. She immediately became defensive saying: You should have asked?!" The manager that "helped" me argued with me that it was a limit of one per customer. Told her that is not what the sign said. She was very rude and condescending and argued with me. When I told her that if they post a price they must honor it she said they would go by what their circular says.
I got my refund, but it was handled absolutely terribly. It is no surprise that Tops stores keep closing. Wegmans has much better customer service.
I should add that the cashier that helped me was excellent. She couldn't have been friendlier or more personable. Thank...
