This review is way overdue, but I wanted to say how happy I’ve been with DJ Tim Cody. I hired him for my wedding a few years ago and I’ve hired him a few times since. Wedding review - I’ve always been a huge New Wave/ WLIR fan and DJ Cody always has the songs I request, and knows how to integrate them with other mainstream party songs. He also plays the whole song and not those little snippets of songs that seem to be commonplace these days at weddings. He came on time and set up in the venue without problem. He worked with me on what songs I wanted, what I did not want to hear, and made sure he had the songs I wanted for the entry, first dance, dance with parents, etc. I was extremely happy with the job he did, and I had many friends and family telling me how much they loved the music at my wedding. Party review - My cousin hired DJ Cody for a backyard surprise party for her husband last October after hearing him play at the clubs we go to when he is deejaying, and we had such a great time. I hired DJ Cody again this past weekend for an another backyard surprise birthday party and was pleased again. He played the songs requested, keeps the music going and overall is a great DJ. DJ Tim Cody is the best in the business. Felico's Catering played a large role in my wedding and early in our planning process, Frank Felico highly recommended Tim Cody. Tim brought our wedding to the next level! When I initially interviewed Tim with my wife, we explained how important our music was and Tim was great about including all of our "must play" and "recommended" songs (a lot of DJs do not do that [surprisingly]) and on top of that, Tim added some great tracks within the genres of the songs we requested. Tim takes his job seriously and is as active (or inactive) on the mic as you want him to be. We wanted the music to speak for itself and DJ Cody did just that! Tim also brought one of his partners Chris who does lighting and they made magic happen. Tim did such a great job at our wedding that we booked him for my company's holiday party and brought along one of his MC's and photo booths - the party was amazing!

DJ Cody did a phenomenal job at my friends 40th birthday party. We had a nice mix of friends and family that came to the party and it was unanimous that everyone enjoyed the music all night long. From the moment the guests started to arrive til the end DJ Cody had the place rocking and the energy was high. There was lots of dancing all night long and lots of song requests fulfilled which made guests even more happy. DJ Cody was also a really cool guy to have there as he was very nice to every guest he talked to and just an overall friendly down to earth guy who is very professional, well organized and great at what he does.
