This company does not even deserve 1 star as the only experience I had was that the owner Gabby, stole money from me. Gabby is completely unprofessional and rude. I bought a voucher from the previous owner which stated “does not expire”. 10 months later I contact the company to book my picnic. Gabby says she is the new owner and posted that those vouchers expire after 1 year. She then proceeds to tell me that it’s my problem I waited so long to book it. I never saw that post and no one contacted me. I then try to book a picnic 3 times which she tells me that there is no availability. So I ask to extend my time since I cannot have a picnic after October. I was told I cannot do that and she refused to compromise and work with me. It had to be on her terms. Great way to run a business. My money was not refunded nor did she work with me to set another date when the weather would be nice for a picnic. Who is having a picnic in November and December on the beach? Completely no compassion whatsoever and money hungry. I was annoyed. We used Niki & her team for my best friend’s bachelorette in the Hamptons, and they made the entire weekend absolutely seamless and unforgettable. From the start, they stocked our house with all the groceries & booze we requested, which took so much stress off our group. The decorations were perfection and exactly what we envisioned for the bride - they truly captured every detail perfectly, including the funniest sign in our fridge and a special custom sign for our picnic. The highlight was the most gorgeous picnic they set up at our house to round out the weekend. It was such a memorable experience.
