Couldn't ask for more! I was considering a solar scope and had emailed AstroWorld Telescopes very late in the afternoon on a Friday - in a matter of moments my phone rang and it was Dan. Dan was on his wat home from working all day but took the time to call me about my email - he didn't just answer my questions he asked me about what I wanted to do and what I thought I might need. Without a moment of hesitation Dan was able to answer my questions and give me solid suggestions about a solar scope setup. He wasn't pushing products off the website or buying the latest version of something but rather he wanted to make sure I had what I needed to get a solar scope up and running. With that kind of service of course I ordered the gear immediately. Just like before, in a matter of moments I had confirmation of when the gear would ship and an app to track it all once it was on the way. I wish I had Dan when I first started this astrophotography journey - someone willing to take the time to learn about what I want to do and then review options to accomplish what I want (even if it isn't something he sells) sure would have made the beginning of my journey easier. If your new to all this or have been doing it for years, I'm not sure you can find someone else who cares about getting you what you need more than commission. If you're thinking about buying - stop thinking and just do it - Dan is an incredible resource and you'll be treated...

Absolutely fantastic overall experience. I met Dan at NEAF and needed a product he did not have at the show. He went out of his way to grab the product at his hotel room and hand deliver it ! Amazing! I also ordered radius blocks on the website and Dan directed me to the correct product with the link. 10/10 customer service. I would direct anyone I know to reach out to AstroWorld for any products or questions. The entire team is knowledgeable, and just all around...

I would HIGHLY recommend AstroWorld Telescopes for your Astronomy needs. My products arrived before the estimated shipping date and were very well packed to avoid shipping damage.
