Hemp Clouds — Local services in Town of Brookhaven

Eric was very nice, knowledgable and helpful for me the first time I went in there. I am new to refillable pods and am searching for the right fit. Perhaps he had something personal going on the second time I went in there. He seemed annoyed and less willing to indulge my inquiries. Fine, everyone has off days. He offered me Vuse prefilled pods instead, (The product Im trying to switch from). Although I'm trying to get away from the product due to price, I decided to buy a 4 pack as it was still cheaper than purchasing from 711. I got to my car and ripped the box open. All 4 pods were the darkest color brown I have ever seen. I have been vaping these for years and know from experience this is a huge red flag that the pods have gone bad and will be unusable. Went right back in to Eric and he told me that's just the color of tobacco (wrong) and that he can't take them back... "maybe if I hadn't ripped the box open the way I did". Even 711 will let me exchange or return pods in this condition because they return them directly to their Vuse supplier during deliveries for credit. I did call Vuse and they will be handling it, but I won't be returning to Hemp Clouds. I will never step foot in that place again. I purchased a glass jar with a lid for a birthday gift for a friend. I went out to my car and took the lid off and noticed a small Crack under the rim that you wouldn't see unless you remove the lid. I went back inside within minutes of exiting the building and talked to two different people and I asked if they could exchange it for an unbroken one. I was told that they couldn't do anything about it. I felt disrespected because they basically accused me of breaking it. Now they lost me as a customer, all my friends and have a permanent bad review. Next time do the right thing and exchange...

Walked in there, and was immediately blown away by the massive variety of selection… it doesn’t matter what you’re looking for I promise you will find it here and it will also be at the lowest price. Everytime I step foot in those doors I leave with more than I came in looking for..If you haven’t yet- do yourself a favor and go...
