Horrible experience. I placed an order and never received an order confirmation. After three days with no update, I called to follow up. The representative assured me they saw my order and told me not to worry.

About a week later, I spoke with someone locally who said they’d contact me for delivery as soon as the palm tree arrived. Weeks passed with no updates. After realizing the event had already passed, I called again. The person I spoke with was incredibly rude, admitted she didn’t know what happened, and said she’d investigate. She never called back—instead, they just canceled my order with no explanation, no apology, nothing.

My husband and I purchased 2 palms from this place, we never got the confirmation email, so we called to find out if in fact they received our order. Spoke to the manager, they found our order, they confirmed 3 times and they told us they would contact us a week prior to delivery.When delivery time came, we got no call, no email, we called back and nobody knew where our order was.
