Terrible customer service, unsanitary and just a group of workers that don’t care at all. I called to make reservations for 12 as I was celebrating my birthday with some family and friends. I ensured that I asked if they had that little special moment where staff would bring out dessert and sing happy birthday which the rep doing my reservation said yes they do and promised to give me an experience of a lifetime. I was only asked to bring a candle. I chose the party package because we would get this block party live leaderboard that should allow us to view our balls live as we hit them in open field. We got there, got in our bays and the boards started acting up since we were trying to sign in. We noticed that it wasn’t giving us the live experience once we started playing. Someone from the team came to try fix one board and said he would come back. NEVER SHOWED UP AGAIN! After one round of game since it’s my event I had to go looking for help. I was sent from one person to the next then told to go downstairs to customer service. When I went down there the guy at the counter threw up his hand like we are not responsible for that you should find your event planner upstairs. By that time i was so frustrated and upset because I’m up and down, can’t get help and now sweating like a pig. I went upstairs now asking everyone I see there for my event planner and eventually was told she would come to our bay. When she got there she informed us that our booths had technical problems and they needed a code that they didn’t have. I lost it. It’s not the technical problem, things can happen out of our control and I understand that. It’s the fact that they didn’t have the common courtesy to just come back and say something so I didn’t have to spend my entire time tryin to find someone to fix a problem they can’t fix. Lack of communication, no remorse… nothing! By the time I was through with the event planner our time was almost done so no fun for me. Then to top it off the team came out and sang happy birthday to two other tables… one on our right and the other a couple table on our left and passed right by our bay so the main thing I looked forward to that would make this evening special and that explicitly asked about before making reservations was not done. I felt so embarrassed. I’m not one to draw the racist card but being the only black group in our section at that time and treated like that felt like a hit. They ruin my birthday. If I had it to do over again I would have celebrated elsewhere.

It was our first time going to a TopGolf location. We had alot of fun with the golfing just wish they placed us on the main floor after I made a reservations and told them that someone in our group was afraid of heights, they mention it was closed. They did not have nachos nor did they have several frozen drinks and the Souvenir golf bag cup which me and my friends were looking forward to having. Our order took so long to take because every time we wanted to order something he said it was out and we had to change our choice to something else. The service was good however I understand that it’s just opened and staff does need a little bit more training. We ordered buffalo wings and barbecue wings were delivered to our table and we told the waiter he said oh yeah I have buffalo wings on your order. The server offered to change the wings taking the barbecue ones away and we said it was fine we just wanted to make sure what we said. This place would be successful if theres more attentive management to over look with food and beverage products. Speaking from experience! When we receive the food everything was well cooked and will presented. We had Boneless barbecue wings and pretzels to start. We order for the main course the fried chicken sandwich and my friends enjoyed the burgers which we all thought were pretty delicious For desserts we got donut holes which I recommend cause you get to fill your own donuts, which was fun and they also donate money to make a wish with ever purchase. Also the cookie skillet was delicious as well. They mostly need to make sure they order a sufficient amount of supplies for the operation. Especially that they just open they should have these supplies. If you don’t have some food and beverage items it should be announced when the waiter introduces himself which allows the customer to know what is available and what is not.

Booking the bay online was super easy, the website was very user friendly. I had some questions whether kids were allowed and that kind of stuff, and found answers easily on the site without needing to contact. Off to a good start. We got there early and the staff at the customer service desk was super friendly and attentive. They let me know the deets about what to expect for contact when my bay was ready, and what to do when I got that text. My bay was ready a few minutes early and we were very happy about that! The entire place looked immaculate! The facility was super clean, and very well maintained. Our manager was Mike he was GREAT! He was extremely kind, very knowledgeable about your games and facility, and Mike did an awesome job explaining how to do all the things. He was attentive and courteous the entire 2 hours of our sesh. He was even kind enough to find us a set of clubs that were the perfect length for my 12 year old. The different game options are perfect. It didn't matter that I'm 30 years older and have way more experience, the game challenges vary so longest drive or most accurate are not all that is necessary. TopGolf did a great job making it so every game was really fun AND competitive. Each one of us won a game or two. My boys and I had an experience we will always remember. Road trippin' to TopGolf just became a new summer tradition. Great job all around, but big props to Mike, he is a great asset to your team, and he showed that TopGolf has staff that care about their customers, and that goes a long way we to me. 10/10 recommend!

First timer. We've been seeing TopGolf on TikTok for years and I decided it was time to give it a try. I brought my boys (12 & 13 yrs old) down from Manchester, Connecticut. Let me start by saying Topgolf in Holtsville is hands-down one of the most fun venues on Long Island—whether you're a serious golfer or just looking for an awesome night out. My wife and I went for the first time during the Super Bowl, and it was an absolute blast from start to finish. The atmosphere, the food, the games—everything was top-tier... except for the price tag, which is the only reason I’m holding back that fifth star.

🏌️‍♂️ Golfing Like Never Before – Fun for ALL Skill Levels! I’ve been to driving ranges before, but Topgolf is in a league of its own. The tech-driven games (like "Top Pressure" and "Quick 9") made hitting balls addictively fun, even for my wife, who never golfs. Speaking of which—shoutout to the incredible staff! At one point, my wife didn’t believe me about her swing, so I asked a nearby employee (who admitted he wasn’t even a golfer!) to help. And you know what? He still tried his absolute hardest to give her pointers, which was both hilarious and heartwarming. That’s next-level service.

🔥 Cozy, High-Energy Vibes – Even in Freezing Weather! We went during the Super Bowl, and even though it was bitterly cold outside, we barely felt it thanks to the tons of outdoor heaters (seriously, they were everywhere). Plus, they had the game playing on all the bay TVs, so we never missed a moment. The whole setup was perfect—heated, lively, and packed with energy.

🍔 Food & Drinks? Shockingly Delicious! I’ll be honest—I expected typical overpriced sports bar food, but the menu here is legimately great. We tried the: Brisket Melt (juicy, smoky, and loaded with flavor) Loaded Pretzel Bites (warm, cheesy, and dangerously addictive) Signature Cocktails (way better than your average golf course drink)

For a driving range, the food is unexpectedly high-quality—definitely a major plus!

If I could give this review a 0 I absolutely would...Last week, I was visiting my friend and her family in New York. I came to this location on Friday December 29th. It was one of the WORST experiences of my life. I am 21 and from Florida, so I tried to order a drink with my VERY authentic and real ID... they came back and said they wouldn't serve me any because I was "out of state" and they were worried about "fake ids" Which, by the way, makes no sense at all considering Top Golf is a place many people, including myself, go to on vacation from OUT OF STATE. Additionally, it was a very valid and real ID, so there was absolutely no reason for it, and they were also very rude with the approach and handling of it. Anyways, while this was rude and hurtful, I still was fine with not having to drink anyways... My friends Aunt still ended up getting a drink, but they didn't give her what she ordered. The drink they gave her contained AND smelled profoundly of coconut. I am very very allergic to coconuts, so even being around them is risky for me. I had her aunt tell the server that so they could take it back and give her the ACTUAL drink that she initially ordered. Then I went to the bathroom, I came back, and all the food was at the table but no drinks. So I asked what happened, and my friends aunt said the server refused to serve any sort of alcohol to the table now because since they "sent it back because of my allergies, it meant I was going to drink it." Which, first of, I could've drank legally anyways since I AM NOT A MINOR, but second off, there was absolutely NO consideration to my food allergies given at all. The immediate jump to assuming malicious intent for that was absolutely unacceptable. My food allergies are life threatening, and they immediately don't care about that part, but assume something that wasn't even true, or illegal! That was extremely hurtful and made me officially decide to NEVER EVER support this company EVER again. The customer service was absolutely terrible, inconsiderate, and straight up rude. I cut my time short, tried to speak to the manager about my concerns, and basically just got told it is what it is and to pay my bill and leave. No apologies, no compassion, and no even semi decent customer service was shown to me from any single staff member there. I also still had to pay a ridiculous bill for one of the worst experiences of my life. Don't go here if you wanna be treated with any respect at all, because trust me, it...
