If I could leave 0 stars I would. I came in looking for an electric nectar collector. I live outta state and needed something for my concentrate. I purchased a Honeydew Cyber Stick for $85. Upon getting back to my relatives house where I'm staying and putting it on the charger to charge before use, I go to turn it on and it doesn't work. It'll turn on and then START to heat up but after 3 seconds it flashes a red light to me indicating that the battery is malfunctioning. I went back in and was explaining to them that it wasn't working. They bring someone out to look at it and they see it not working. I explained to the worker I wasn't trying to get a refund but maybe an exchange or even credit case I still want to buy flower and etc. She agreed and said they were gonna do a refund and I said I'll just do credit cause I wanna purchase some more things. That's when another worker popped up and said that's not policy we can't do that. We can do a swap and we can't even do that. Turns out I bought the last one. She then said she's gonna look at her sister store and see if they have it, they didn't. She comes back mad as if I was the problem and yells to another worker Kat(who was nice nothing bad to say about her) "we're gonna honor a one time exchange for flower." Kat proceeds to help me while the hag was out smoking a cigarette. We start looking at flowers and the math wasn't mathing. I had 85 to spend and I said well I could get some concentrate too and Kat(being cautious I understand her pov goes to ask the hag) she comes back in and says yeah she said only flower. (Too mind you I only had A FEW SELECTIONS to decide from, couldn't get any flower I wanted.) Couldn't get concentrate which was weird cause I came in to buy something for concentrate to begin with and now I'm limited to 4 different strains of flower out of the whole store. I get 2 $40 worth of flower and a rip off $5 token for a gumball machine that give you even crappier flower. I get my stuff and leave. I just find it hilarious how unreasonable that HAG was. I work hard for my money and I would understand if it was $10 I'd let it slide but it was $85 that was gonna be a paper weight. I wasn't asking for the money back to spend somewhere else I was asking credit cause Kat was being nice and I thought the vibe seemed nice in there the day prior. That Hag done changed my mind. I got my stuff left and went to a store a few stores down and THEY WERE AMAZING! Even gave me a few free items cause they heard my story and were shocked how rude that HAG could be. I recommend NOT coming here for any items there are a lot better stores to go too. 0...

Loveeedd the shop. My first time there I was there for almost 30 minutes looking at All the goodies! Ridiculous amount of edible options ranging from infused coffee, cooking spices! Liquor or juices. They also have typical gummies etc infused chips(doritos Cheetos etc.) carts, flower, concentrates they also carry lookah brand vaporizers etc. I love this place! Only complaint would be customer service was a little rushed, and the girl who helped me wasn’t as knowledgeable as I expected she also seemed annoyed i was asking questions but she was young. Then it suddenly got super busy (i was still browsing in no rush so I wasn’t bothered) once I figured out what I wanted it had cleared out. The young girl rang me up first on one register I looking back shouldn’t of but attempted to use a Visa vanilla gift card $50 assuming I’d be able to just pay the remaining with my card. After ringing up the gift card, the transaction will not go through rather than try and figure out what was wrong. The girl took me to a different register where I then paid with my debit card. I found out the next day after checking, the balance that I had a pending charge of $50 on that gift card, assuming it was just on hold and would fix itself, I didn’t take action two days later the transaction went through so I gave them an extra $50, which I’m hoping they might have realized. It’s not completely their fault but I am a member so I would think they can view transaction history. I had to dispute charge with visa vanilla GC and will be trying to talk to the business to see if they can help correct the situation! I don’t blame them I know computer issues happen, but for $50 bucks I’d rather have some more product lol ! I will update when situation...

As I am new to this area in Mastic, I've been checking out many of the dispensaries there each time I go with a preference to only one in the past. As it turns out, the smoker's Depot and dispensary is completely associated with the one store that I really happened to enjoy. Since this was my first time at smokers Depot, Kai I believe her name was, was beyond more than helpful, but did more than her job of upselling I must say. I'm a top shelf herb, live resin/hash rosin 50mg+ infused edible type of person who prefers the concentrates, etc. I've never been steered wrong by either of these two stores in particular where I have been by others in the past. As well I am a pain patient and have known what I've been doing for quite some time with regards to strains, phenotypes, hybridizations, terpene profiles etc. When I start asking questions such as terpene specific questions, and I can see a blank face, I don't go back. You know where I'm going with this. I'll be back to this particular store consistently. The gumball machines of loose nuggets being sold for I think it was $3 a gram was very nice to make your own salad of a container of really good cannabis as well as well as your traditional old fashioned candy store where you would open up a plastic container, take one of those little shovels and shovel a whole bunch of gummy bears into a bag. And there's a whole bunch of different types of candies besides the herbal specials such as the cookout $100 ounce which you must ask about because it's beyond its worth in quality and quantity.
