Let me start off by saying I wasn't pleased at first but the quickly changed. I don't know who I was purchasing from on the day I went but sweet young lady was quick to help. I ended up spending over $150 for a great set up. When I got home I realized the great set up was missing 1 small item and my lights didn't work. My wife brought it back they replaced the lights no question asked. The other part I was missing had to be found. We left our number and I also have contacted them on IG (instagram). They replied back in a timely manner. They found the piece in the backroom an offered to mail it. Now that's what I call great customer service! Loved my entire experience, staff was sooo helpful and nice. I smoked cigarettes for 10 years and quit 7 months ago. I vape occasionally, which is helping me slowly ease off of nicotine :) my only problem is how upsetting it was that abigayle was not there. She was so kind and accommodating. I heard it was something to do with the way she was dressed. So upsetting because I really liked her. The other girls dress completely inappropriately in comparison to her. Best shop on the Rez. Staff are always helpful, they’re knowledgeable and are fast paced when busy. I’ve never had a problem there, product is always great, prices are manageable for those that lack extra funds. I’ve been coming since they opened the shop 3 or so years ago and I haven’t gone anywhere else since. All the staff and management are great. Marcus, Josh and Cindy are the especially the best.
