Vincent’s_NYWF_Pizza — Local services in Town of Brookhaven

I have mixed feelings on this one. The pizza tastes great and if that is the only thing that matters then go for it. But one pie can't feed a family. These pies are about 12" in size and that isn't mentioned on their website even though it really should be. A 12" pie is good for feeding 1 or 2 adults. To feed a family of 4 you probably want to grab at least 3 of these and at 12-20 dollars per pie that actually becomes costly. Keeping in mind that a 12" pie has less than half the surface area of an 18" pie you realize you end up paying more for one of these than your regular slice of New York. Costs aside they are obviously doing something right because they have customers lining up. Vincent’s pizza truck came to my job and it was a great experience. He was extremely personable and easy to work with, in order to organize the event. He showed up early and arrived exactly when he said he would, in order to make sure he could serve everyone on their breaks. A silly thing…but really added something to the experience for me ~ was that he had some great dance music playing from the truck, as we waited and came out to get our pizza. It was sunny, Friday, and the music and pizza just really lifted your mood and you forgot you were at work for a second. Everyone said their pizza was delicious and enjoyed having a special treat while at work. We just used Vincent’s pizza truck at my home for my daughter’s first birthday and WOW!! We were so blown away - the pizzas were unbelievable with so many different options and they kept our 100 guests more than happy. Not only was the pizza amazing but the service from their workers. They were so easy going, went above and beyond, and even made my daughter a special Nutella pie to end off the day. They were all so warm and friendly, we loved working with them. From the time we reached out to them to book, they were great to communicate with & always got back to me in a timely manner. Our guests were raving about the food and we have Vincent’s to thank for that! In the future we definitely plan to use them again.
