I just want to thank Mike in the service dept and tech Adam I was recently in the syracuse area for the big car show and my f-350 quit due too high pressure oil issues I was stranded with a non running truck show car & trailer a real bad situation --not one dealer in the area could help me out or take me in Mike in service said get the truck to us & we will get you in so I did 3 days later they had the truck repaired and up and running again & for a fair price thanks to Adam the tech for a great job & Mike for getting me in and out in a reasonable amount of time -- 100% recommend this dealer great service and honest Hard to find anymore...

While travelling on route for a 3 month trip south our Ford Transits RV’s Check Engine light came on. We called several Ford dealerships in the Syracuse area, none of which were able to assist. Fortunately we called Fenton Ford which is a smaller dealership in the area who were willing to address our problem. I was in a jam with one flat tire and one going flat (due to road construction zone) about 1/10th of a mile from Fentons, I walked in and their service counter was lined with papers and keys of already booked appointments, I told them my issue and they figured a way to help me out. 1 hour later I drove out with two brand new front tires and a sigh of relief that it didn't cost me a fortune.
