TOPS Friendly Markets — Local services in Town of Camden

I have shopped exclusively at tops Friendly Market here in Camden since we moved here. I find that since the market installed the self check out you are not friendly. A customer cant get a smile or a "nice to see you" or any friendly face at all. The people I have encountered have been grumpy at best. If I say I'd prefer a regular checker they blame corporate. yes they offer to help and if I am alone in the lines they will check me out, but it still takes longer, takes jobs away, and for me it is disturbing. If I spend 15 minutes checking my self out I should receive a discount equal to 15 minutes of checker/bagger wages. The next time I come to this Tops and find no open checkout stands I will not shop I will take my business to Walmart. The money I spend in gas I will probably save at checkout anyway. When I got here there was an employee smoking and having a very loud conversation. I had been driving a long time and needed to use the restroom. The same employee walked into the restroom in front of me still on here phone and having an active conversation. I decided to wait until she was done because I didnt know who she was talking too and that is just weird. She was in there forever. I think someone in the store thought I was acting suspicious because they paged to have employees scan several areas. I ended up going in the restroom 10 minutes and she was still in there and on the phone. Me walking in there made her finish up. She flushed the toilet and walked out without washing her hands. The restroom smelled soo awful. One of the stalls was backed up and I could taste the smell of cigarettes from her. I am almost convinced she was smoking while she was in there. I’m not really sure what is going on with this supermarket. Let’s start with the deli and the roast beef in the deli. The roast beef Has To be one of the worst I have ever eaten. I ordered some last week and it literally looked like canned meat that they ran through the slicer and it was absolutely disgusting. I’m sure there are better brands that they can buy that are actual meat. As far as the meat department. The ground beef that I bought was extremely dry after cooking it however, it was so red it looked raw, but it was Fully cooked. The amount of red dye and preservatives and additives that is getting added to that meat is absolutely disgusting. I had to throw the food away. There is no reason after cooking meat that it should look bright red, almost neon on the inside.
