I had to switch to Rite Aid after multiple terrible experiences with this place. They take forever to refill a prescription - when you call it puts you out over a day and a half for pick up, and if you want sooner it won’t go sooner than 4 hours out. If a dr calls or you drop one off, expect to wait an hour plus. The final straw for me was when I found out I had gestational diabetes. All of my supplies - insulin, syringes, lancet, testing strips, and monitor were called in to Kinney’s. It took more than a week and a half for them to get everything in and they kept calling me and telling me they had everything, and I would show up and they would only have one piece. Lancets are not useful without testing strips. I went back theee times before getting everything. I was done with that place. Moved on to Rite Aid and they treat...

Terrible experience at the pharmacy. People are all super nice, but service was not. My doctor called my script in yesterday morning, so I called this morning to see if it was ready. They said it would be an hour. So I came in after my hour. But it wasn't ready. The pharmacist had to check it. So I sat. And waited. After 45 minutes, I went up to the desk to see how much longer it would be. I stood there at the desk waiting and nobody came to see me. Finally someone asked what I wanted. I asked how much longer it would be, and it turns out it was actually ready, but no one told me. They saw I was pissed and said we just finished it. I called to refill a prescription in the morning figuring if they were busy they would have it done by the afternoon. Thats what i was told. I went to the store at 6pm and still wasn't done. The girl was at the back counter on her phone. When she heard the pharmacist coming she through down her phone walk to the back of the pharmacy and acted like she was doing something. She totally ignored me. Then I would have had to wait an hr? What is wrong with these people. They weren't willing to help and push the prescription to the front since we i was there and I already called and was told it would be done in the afternoon. Good customer...
