Burger King — Restaurant in Town of Canton

Couldnt have been anyone over 25 behind the counter with the language coming from the back. My meal was served 3 minutes before my shakes were ready. We were the only inside guests, maybe 4 cars in drive thru and I was fine with the wait until I got to my table and opened my untoasted Sourdough Bun to my Mushroom Swiss burger. Now if know why the cook came up early with my food and our shakes hadnt even been started. The one job they have is too make the food as it appears on the pictured step by step instructions at eye level. The cashier was great and was doing her job as she was supposed to be doing. The lazy food prepper skipping the 3 min bun toasting step was the one to blame for my complaints. I brought it home and grilled it my self. And noticed the 3 dime sized mushrooms inside my $10 burger I already had to finish cooking at home prior to being able to even try it. And after all that wait it was less then mediocre and I will never order it again. As long as they stop turning the shake machines off an hour early I may still go to our burger kings for shakes. But even that is getting...

The Whopper is the best burger by far....but to actually get your order correct is another thing. Not only has this Burger King gotten more and more expensive, they cannot seem to get your order correct. For three days recently I worked in the village so I went here for lunch.....drive thru each day!! My order was the same each day....large #1 no tomato...diet coke! Day 1...I got a coke and a chicken sandwich....day 2...Whopper with tomato, onion rings and diet coke....day 3....Correct Whopper, small fries and a root beer!! Three orders...three different days....not one correct!! Let me add the price was different each day too...kept get higher...

Ordered our food and the cashier was hurrying so quickly the order was incorrect, we ended up with a medium fry and not a medium drink. I went back to order a drink since we didn't get our receipt, and again the cashier rushed. Didn't give me a receipt or cup. I had to wait for someone to get me one after several minutes. The cashier and those in the back were more concerned with goofing around than their customer service. Normally have nothing but positive experiences there but this one was quite awful. Spent the entire time eating getting dirty looks from the staff because we had gotten frustrated at...
