RAC of Catskill doesnt even deserve a 1 star rating. It should be negative. This place is absolutely DISGUSTING. Everything is filled with COCKROACHES. They have disgusting, piss poor attitudes. Jess the store manager is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Never takes anyone's phone calls, only texts customers instead of actually calling them. Kristin the district manager is even worse. No customer services skills, talks over people, swears at customers, and is beyond unprofessional. We sent in a fridge to be repaired. Waited THREE months to get it back.. was told after THREE months it wasn't able to be repaired.. only for the delivery guys (who are AMAZING) to bring a new fridge.. same model number.. SMALLER CUBIC FOOTAGE. Now..we PAID for a 22 cubic foot fridge to be brought a 19 cubic foot fridge. Does that make sense? We paid for a 22 but are getting back a 19!!?? That's smaller by 3 inches every side. Doesn't seem right to me. Doesn't add up either. Kristin didn't care to explain the difference or why. She just continues to swear and talk over you.    Read moreI am totally disappointed with the management and employee's at the catskill location. I thought that they had more compassionate and morals and dignity. My husband and I have been customers for many years and always paid our payments in a timely manner until recently my whole family had contracted the coronavirus. We explained to them that we were going to need a few weeks to start sending payments out we sent them out 1 and left us with owing them 1.unfortunately my husband became very ill and had to go into the hospital i told them if was a problem I'll just put everything outside for them to be picked up thinking that they would say that it's okay but they told me to put everything outside i was in total shock not to mention that the bed frame that was defective and that I complained about weeks prior was not fixed or replaced but it didn't matter to them it was all about money they were going to make my husband come home to a bedroom without a bed shame on them i paid them the 2 weeks that I was behind and they still haven't fixed my bed or replace the bed frame they could leave the bed frame outside if they are worried about ...
   Read moreGot a tv the other day. Couldn’t fit in the truck so it was delivered. We’ll after getting it inside, I noticed in the middle the box was messed up on the corner. Thought nothing of it. Took the tv out and plugged it in. Nice 82 inch tv. With a huge crack all the way up and down the middle. I called the store right away explained the situation. And was told I can get a replacement. Cool. So that was 1pm yesterday. It’s now 12 today and I still have the broken tv. The store won’t answer my calls and no body is telling me what’s going on. Besides our systems are acting up. So aside from not answering my call. I used my sisters phone and they answered. And then had a snotty attitude with me. Great staff! Great experience! I’ve been stuck with a broken tv you guys miss handled and I’m being ignored. I bet if I owed you 30 cents you’d blow my phone up till I came running....
