This review is long overdue. Since I’ve gotten contact lenses, life changing🙏🏽 I don’t have to fumble for glasses, looking for glasses and breaking them. I’m bad with that . Haha The technician took the time to exposing how to put them in. She stayed with me until I did it:)The doctor was great at finding the right contact lenses and she knew exactly what I needed. They are so comfortable, I don’t even know there in. I cannot say enough great things about the doctor and technicians working at this vision center. They truly care about their patients. I also want to say my experience from the moment you walk in, eye exam and picking out frames was a great experience too.

I went here for the first time recently and I was happy with my experience. Dr. Brandon took her time, was pleasant, and figured out that the prescription for my right eye had changed. I ended up getting new glasses and am happy with them. I had a way better experience here than I did at Lenscrafters in Kingston last year. (Rushed exam, Dr. told me that my prescription barely changed- which ended up being true for my left eye, but not my right eye). The opticians were very pleasant, but didn't offer any suggestions for frames that would look good on me. I am basing this review on several visits! All the staff I've ever encountered were always friendly. They have top notch service and excellent eye-wear as well as a quick turnaround. The prices are quite unbelievably affordable especially in this economy. I made the mistake of going to a big chain that starts with a Lens and ends with a crafters thinking I was getting "better" eye-wear. All I got was ripped off! I'll never make that mistake again. For what I spent at LC I could have gotten 2 pair at Walmart! My LC experience was horrid (the lenses didn't last 2 weeks & no refund) and my Walmart experiences will have me getting my eye-wear from them for...
