• can't say enough about this place. I've never owned or handled a firearm. And recently bought a shotgun for my house for protection. So I called this place. And asked if someone can help.they set me up with Dan. And I paid for one lesson with him and he went above and beyond. Gave me a incredible experience and knowledge for the price I paid. Being someone who's never owned or handled a firearm. I was very intimidated and to be honest a little scared. But with the help of these guys They paved the way and gave me a great confidence and the knowledge to know how to safely and properly handle firearms and shoot. all in all I've never had a bad experience there and even though I'm a newbie. All the employees treat me with the out most respect Even though I know close to nothing, They made it incredibly easy. To get comfortable behind a firearm and to use it safely and properly with expertise knowledge Which is such an enjoyment and surprisingly friendly environment. Unfortunately, these guys gave me the bug or "itch". For shooting and I bought another gun from then which they helped me all the way through from buying experience. 2 showing me how to handle and shoot it once again. I would highly recommend this place from beginner to Pro and anyone in between. From Soccer mom 2 professional sharpshooter. Great friendly staff and very knowledgeable personal and in my opinion there very helpful to everyone who walks through the door. If you're a first timer who needs good input on what to purchase as your first pistol or rifle depending on your needs and wants they will have plenty to offer as far as experience and knowledge also a very good selection of firearms, as well as the experienced people just looking to put some rounds down range safety. I have taken my friends and family to the range and everyone left with a positive experience. My new favorite place to go and shoot and have a great safe time I would highly recommend who may have never been to Wolcott Range to check it out you will not be disappointed. Also they have a very knowledgeable gunsmith who is very kind and well educated if perhaps your firearm needs a checkup or want something such as fiber optic sights to a total tear down and rebuild or a trigger jobby, in my opinion you could not ask for better people who are willing to help or answer any questions you may have. I as well as everyone I've taken with me all have enjoyed themselves and always talk about how much they enjoyed the staffs help in answering their questions Happy Happy Happy!!! I have had nothing but good experiences at Wolcott. Most recently I purchased my first handgun from them, which was another great experience. I rented 4 guns first to see what I liked and shot well. As I was ready to go and purchase one, I got talked into trying another rental, as Matt had thought I may like his suggestion better based on my feedback. Following that, there was another gun on consignment which they let me put a box through. For both the extra rental plus trying the consignment gun, they threw me in either free ammo and/or didn't charge me a range or rental fee. They were just trying to help me make the best purchase, and it was appreciated and I felt I was treated well.

I have also gone to their indoor range to shoot my rifle, and that has always been a good experience.

The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, the facility is nice, and seemingly wide selection of product. Don't hesitate to go to these guys...
