I have used 1-Hour Tees for a variety of purposes related to my business. I usually order uniform shirts (both embroidered and screen printed), but more recently, I needed some canvas totes screen printed for a conference I am planning. It was fairly short notice, but 1-Hour Tees was able to get the order fulfilled within my time frame and they look fantastic! I'm sure the attendees will be impressed. I love that 1-Hour Tees will take orders of any size with no minimums, and that we have the option to order items through them or provide our own. I like to be able to have my team try on shirts before deciding what size to order, so I order single samples off Amazon. It is so nice to know that these sample shirts can be embroidered or screen printed individually in addition to the full order, so they don't go to waste. I hate leaving reviews like this but I don’t want what happened to me to happen to someone else, I came here to get a bridesmaid gift embroidered, I brought my $130 lulu lemon sweatshirt and brought it in to this business brand new, still in the original packaging. When I picked it up it after it was done being embroidered, there was a giant grease stain on the sleeve, right opposite the embroidery. I asked the business to make it right, they said it wasn’t from them and they could give me another free embroidery but could do nothing about the $130 sweatshirt they ruined. Absolute garbage quality of work! The embroidery work I recently had done here looked like a 5 year old did it! They changed my design without any notice to me and they put this changed design on my custom fabric I provided them completely ruining the fabric I provided all while never even contacting me to confirm anything! Thanks for charging me almost $200 dollars and refusing to even make this right or give refund! The colors were even changed by you guys! You should be ashamed of yourselves!
