Everyone who's giving this place less than 5 stars is ridiculous. Of course the coffee is a smidge more here than at a massive chain. But the coffee is WAY BETTER here than at a massive chain. If someone hand wove you a shirt with fine silks, you'd pay more for it than you would a t-shirt from walmart. And this coffee place? Is for sure worth the money. Me and my boyfriend drive 20 minutes out of our way for this coffee, and the prices are by no means unreasonable. The only valid negative review on this place is that they wish it were open later because they love it so much. I also wish they were open later, but considering they open at 6am? I think they give us all plenty of time to stop in and grab a cup of joe. This place set out to be a high quality, affordable and cozy coffee shop and it achieved exactly that and more. The staff are friendly, attentive. The shop is clean, offers free Wi-Fi, is friendly to dogs and people alike. The menu is simple but delicious with coffee that never disappoints. What more could you ask for? Wonderful shop, and I look forward to stopping in this very morning for a scone and a coffee...

Anyway, at the advice of my wife, I finally stopped in for a latte and a breakfast sandwich.
I opted for the iced 20oz butter pecan and a toasted Everything bagel with egg cheese and sausage. Both around six bucks each The young lady who took my order was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They roast their own beans, have their own desserts, local honey, breakfast and lunch sandwiches and merchandise. All tucked away on a corner street with seating inside and out, even including a Koi pond.
They’re extremely clean and organized and even though my meal was made from scratch, I wasn’t in there longer than five minutes.
My breakfast sandwich was exceptional. A word I don’t use often and my latte was on par with Starbucks but maybe just a little bit better
I highly recommend giving this gem a shot.

Read moreWhat an awesome find! I was in Cicero on a Wednesday and stopped in about midday. Easy to access location, great atmosphere both inside and outside (yes go check out their outside sitting area). They were in the process of roasting fresh coffee when I was there. I didn't plan on getting a coffee, but after the amazing smell, I had to give it a try! There were so many good delicious looking things at this café. I went for an açai bowl, so I didn't try any of the other food, but it all looked great. The coffee was fantastic. The açai bowl was very good, but wasn't quite as sweet as others I've tried. I would get the honey as one of my toppings next time to add some sweetness, as I prefer my açai bowls slightly on the sweeter side. Overall, I really enjoy this place and have recommended it to others and I recommend giving it a...
