Do not go to this location, the customer service is terrible and they will tell you that you are eligible for promotions that never appear on your bill! I went in on Black Friday and was told that everyone on my plan was eligible for free upgrades. We turned in all of our phones in the required timeframe of 30 days. When we turned in our phones, the receipt had an individual device credit of a very small amount. When I questioned it, the reps (more than one) said not to worry about it and that would reverse when the phones were received and the monthly device credits were applied to each phone. It’s been a month and a half and only one phone is receiving the credit and that one will lose the credit if I don’t upgrade my plan. I was never told we needed to upgrade the plan to be eligible for the promotion. The main rep I’ve been dealing with, Tracie, has promised multiple times that she’s called the back office or customer service and that all of the promotions were applied. She even told me that 3 activation fees would be waived. None of this has been reflected in my bill. I called customer service myself tonight (2 hours after we set a time for Tracie to call and she never did). There is no record of any of this and it now needs to go to the research department who will research the issues but the outcome cannot be guaranteed. So now I may end up paying for 4 phones over the next 3 years!!! I never would have gone through with the transaction had I known this would be the outcome....

Went to return, they said call asurion they will send out a BRAND NEW phone. We call, asurion only deals in REFURBISHED phones! So this time we go to the REAL VERIZON STORE on Niagara falls boulevard. They say you have to go back to the FAKE store and deal with them. We go back this time the guy seems ok. He goes to find a new pixel 2, but there all out. So he calls the other FAKE Verizon store (MAIN AT UNION), they set one aside. We go over there finally start the process of the exchange. But then he says OH WAIT YOU NEED THE BOX AND EVERYTHING OR THERE WILL BE A HUGE FEE!! Why didn't the guy at the other store tell us when he obviously saw we didn't have it. We were screwed with for 3 days. FAKE VERIZON STORES THAT LOOK EXACTLY THE SAME DON'T MENTION THERE AUTHORIZED RETAILERS!! ONLY WAY TO TELL IS GOOGLE MAPS, OR THE BAG AFTER YOUR PURCHASE THAT IS EXACTLY THE SAME AS A REAL VERIZON STORE EXCEPT IT SAYS AUTHORIZED RETAILER VERY SMALL ON BOTTOM!! Read moreFor the last 1/2 year or so I’ve bee having lots of problems charging my 2 year old iPhone 7. I took it to Best Buy Geek Squad and another Verizon location, and both gave me the same diagnosis - that there is a problem with the phone’s charger port and I’d probably have to replace it soon. After struggling with it an additional month or so, I decided that I’d give it one last shot to fix before investing in a new phone. So I took it to my local East Amherst Verizon and told the Sale Consultant Jim Banks my problem. He took a look at it and immediately diagnosed the problem as a plugged charger port. He cleaned it out and within 5 minutes the problem was completely solved. Jim jokingly said that he guesses he wasn’t being a very good salesman was he. I told him that I’ve been thinking about upgrading my iPhone 7; and my wife’s iPhone is at least 10 years old and will need to be replaced within the year. Guess who were buying those new phones from? I got Jim’s card and left without spending a dime. Good, honest salesmen/women are hard to find these days.
