Extremely rude and unprofessional staff there. I know it’s quite annoying when customers have large orders, but we are paying for a service and expect to be treated with respect. When order was ready and the worker was reading off two things off our large order clearly annoyed, another worker gave back-handed comment about how I ordered “everything” on the menu. Went back to receive the doughnut that was not included in the bag, and get a new bagel as we wanted a toasted bagel with cream cheese and bacon on it, and received a dry bagel with bacon My coworker was treated with utter disrespect and had to wait 15 minutes for them to check cameras because they refused to believe they made an error. As a person that works in customer service its more important to be empathetic and understanding rather than being right, which they clearly weren’t. Warmly lighted friendly Tim Hortons on this corner of Transit Rd and Clarence Center Rd. Terrific crew! Reserved parking for Tim Hortons customers. What is more stays lighted until 10PM! Some locations start darkening the dining room somewhat earlier and lock the door around 9:30 or 9:45 and turn away valuable customers even though they're clearly marked as closing at 10 PM. I hope you can add more staff so you can all go back to pre-pandemic hours when all were open until exactly 10! Tim Horton's should be about working together as a team to provide efficient and fast customer service while delivering excellent product to satisfy customers. This Tim Horton's has really gone down hill. The food quality is horrible. The manager always has an attitude and is rude when their is an issue with food. There is no training with staff, most of them are just thrown on the floor. The bakery items have been horrible for the last 3 months. Product is always hard as a rock.
