I can't say enough about the incredible service I received from this company. In particular, Deanne is great!!! I wanted to create a special moment for A special someone and I have to say that the end product/service I received, more than exceeded expectation. I'm from out of town and initially called 1-800-FLOWERS, but for good measure, decided to shop around with a local florist and that ended up being a GREAT decision. Deanne was not only extremely informative but in the end, provided me with a more superior product at a more competitive price...I'm an investment banker by trade and always looking for the most value for my dollar, and I have to say that I couldn't be happier with my decision to do business with them. The final product was amazing - - all the ladies at the salon where I had it delivered, just raved over the arrangement. I use to go to local grocery stores who did wonderful arrangements but they DO NOT compare to the work for the same price that Deanne does. She was professional and courteous and able to accommodate our order for the next day between her deliveries which we were grateful for although we were hoping for something the same day. In hindsight I wish we had just went and picked up one of the many beautiful arrangements available at wegmans or elsewhere but we wanted to support local business. The flowers we received were certainly beautiful however wilted within 2 days because she didn't take the leaves off the stems and there weren't just a few.
