I’ve bought paddles from here in the past and had a great experience, which is why I’m going with 2 stars. However, I recently used the demo program and had a terrible experience. After demoing I dropped off the package with provided label as described. Surprisingly, Tony reached out a few days later and apparently there had been no movement on the package. I was very responsive in explaining that it must be a carrier issue as I dropped it off on time the previous week, but said we’d obviously figure it out. However, throughout our conversations Tony continued to be very unprofessional and rude, continuously threatening legal action out of no where (for two very used demo paddles). I've now ordered twice from Pickleball Galaxy. They are awesome! As a competitive player, I was looking for a paddle in a specific weight. Lee actually went out and found me the exact weight in the brand I was looking for. That's dedication! Also, I didn't get charged sales tax in my state (which is nice), and my paddle purchase came with a free gift (t-shirt, glove, paddle cover, etc.). Great experience all the way around. Bravo...
