Ordered my Gravity Pro from RacquetWorld that was already on sale at a great price, while the strings on my current GPro are very very close to breaking. I had spend the day assuming I would break a string mid-match and have to use a backup that isn't the same and adjust. To my surprise the racket came strung with velocity MLT and the invoice said all rackets from RacquetWorld come strung as a courtesy. It just so happens that Velocity MLT was the string I have in the main of my primary GPro so now I'm not even going to fool with playing with my current racket since I've already lost so much tension and I've struggled a little with depth control. I didn't talk to anyone, I didn't ask for it, they just did it and now next time my wife or I need a racket, we'll probably buy from them - not because I want more free strings but because it's an indication of the standards that the people/business hold. Have used them over the years to purchase items and their stringing service, always with excellent results. After placing an order this past week, I received an email informing me that a couple items were out of stock (even though it wasn't reflected on the website). Tried to call Mike to rectify the situation, but he was off Friday the 17th. Nate (hopefully I remember correctly), was glad to reorder for me and I received the amended order in three days. Refreshing to deal with real people. They have a "mom and pop" feel with huge selection of products and services that chain stores can't touch. Read moreI was sent the wrong racquet. When I called to let them know they (Lee) were very pleasant and said they would send a replacement racquet via Fed ex. They then explained I should put the new racquet in the same box the replacement was shipped in, they sent me the packing slip and I waited for the racquet. After a week passed without receiving the racquet I called and spoke to Kyle who said the racquet had in fact not been sent and if I wanted it he would charge me again and refund the 1st racquet when it was received.
