I went to the new Verizon store in Cornwall NY. JP help me find the best plan and you know what? It was better than any plan offered at any other Verizon store. Plus, JP helped me set everything up, transfer all the information from my old phone, and helped me with everything. JP is what makes the Verizon store and Verizon Wireless in general have integrity. I just purchased a new phone and needed a lot of direction and info a few times and Kristina Pucino was extremely helpful but her knowledge and patience went far beyond my expectations, in addition after spending time with me she gave her card and suggested to call anytime in future. I went to this store and saw a salesman sold me a phone I never I had. First he told me that is was the same price to switch with my existing phone as getting the new ones. That simply wasn’t true because of the new phone activation fee $30 and 200$ in taxes. I walked out angry yet this guy still charged me for the service and the new phones, though I never took or used them. I then called the district manager Jan and she never gave me her contact number.
