Good Books is a quaint family-owned and operated book store located in a perfect, central location on Main St. in Cornwall, NY. It offers a wonderful and diverse selection of literature for all ages and reading levels. Our little ones always enjoy sitting on the comfy bean bags in the Children's section and exploring the world of reading. As a teacher, I have utilized their services to order classroom sets of books and found it both easy, and affordable. They also offer memberships to their store for additional savings. An absolutely darling bookstore. I want to reiterate what a previous reviewer said - this store has a beautifully curated selection of books. A little bit of everything - cookbooks, poetry, children's, art, Hudson Valley interests, fiction - you name it. Tucked into the shelves are beautiful landscapes painted by local artists - delightful artistic Easter eggs waiting to be discovered. They also have a gorgeous greeting card section. It’s beautifully designed and decorated with Scandinavian vibes - it feels bright, light, and airy (the kind of place I really enjoy spending time in!).
