I stopped today and there were 4 associates at the front counter who were all having a personnel conversation for 5 minutes while I stood there. Finally one of them waited on me, clearly annoyed that I was there. When I tried to describe the vent pipe I was looking for me he was rude and condescending because I couldn't remember the exact name. I was looking for a vent pipe for my range hood which is a seven inch pipe for a 48 inch range hood. He tried to convince me to reduce the seven inch pipe to a six inch pipe then reduce that to a four inch pipe and put a dryer vent on it. I said that won't work. He replied oh it'll be fine. You don't have to be a Code Officer or Math Major to know that's nonsense. Between the rudeness and the plain out bad advice I left the store disgusted today. I try to shop local but part of the reason to shop local is friendly and knowledgeable service this has not been my experience at this store. Had I not understood how terrible that advice was I would have gone home and installed it and would always be upset not knowing why it...

We went in there got a quote for materials and we went in there on a Friday and we went back Monday to pay for it and the price went up over the weekend it had to be had to be one up Saturday then we went back to get our stuff we got it all home and the metal was a different color where it wasn't supposed to be and we're missing two things on there and we went back to town about it and this the customer service for courtland sucks they're just give us a big attitude...

Have always been helpful. The transformer in my heating unit went and took the board out with it. They had the exact board and a better transformer in stock. 3 days later the burner would not turn on. Figured out that the limit switch was also bad, it did run for 2 days which had me scratching my head initially, they had 2 high temperature limit switches that would both have worked as replacements.
