Cortlandville Mall — Local services in Town of Cortlandville

My visit was in the evening, around 8 PM, but Harbor Freight was open for business. It's a good store for tool guys and gals, with a huge variety of things you just have to have in your garage or shop. I was looking for ear muffs - theirs are well priced but surprisingly effective at cutting noise levels from power tools, etc. I normally add an extra layer of foam to ear muffs but it was unnecessary with these. The Mall has plenty of parking and good lighting...

I never really considered it a mall but so be it. There's not much left, especially after the pandemic. A lot of stores are gone, or shells of their former selves. It's pretty much Lowe's, Price Chopper and Marshall's

The skeleton of the Kmart store looms large, long sitting empty due to owner's greed. In fact, the other stores could be occupied as well had people been willing to lower their demands. It's the sad...

Like most strip malls these days, this one is half dead. You still have a Marshall's, a Penny's and a few others, but also big empty storefronts where K-Mart, Payless, Radio Shack, and Osaka used to be.
