Verizon — Local services in Town of Cortlandville

If I could give less than one star I would. DO NOT GO HERE THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT TGEY ARE DOING YOU WILL REGRET. On top of that Verizon worst company ever. Don’t fall for it. They promise you great service and than tell you that u need to be on better plan to have good service, I’m having one bar signal on HIGHWAYS IN THE OPEN. Some areas in NY or in other states I have no service for 20-45 minutes. Billing is a mess they bill you in a way that you can’t understand for what your paying, they charged us $375 extra until we caught it if we didn’t confront them about it it’s on auto pay that would be the end of it. One month later they can’t or don’t want to refund the $$, they tell you they will call u next day, they don’t. STAY AWAY FROM VERIZON AS FAR AS POSSIBLE SPECIFICALLY...

After my phone met it's demise after an unauthorized dip in the pool I went in to see what my options were. I was concerned about what I may have lost from the content on my phone and about getting a good replacement without having to mortgage my home. Jay was so reassuring and helpful! Just a great guy. And although Jay did attempt to resuscitate - my old cell was definitely dead - and he ensured that every, photo, contact, and app was recovered for transfer to my new phone as well as a very very important and treasured voice mail. He recommended a new Google phone - which cost far less than I was anticipating and the camera is outstanding just like he promised (superior quality!) Thanks Jay for making a miserable situation bearable! Love...

Although I had a terrible experience with Verizon customer service and their insurance provider Asurion I have to say that the associate Adam at the Cortland store was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond his duties to try a rectify a horrible day I had dealing with Verizon at a corporate level. Adam was kind and patient and should be awarded for his kindness and thoughtfulness. I spent nearly 8 hours on the phone and driving to different stores and the now closed UBREAKIFIX by Asurion - Dewitt 3409 ERIE BLVD E STE 190 SYRACUSE, NY.
