Had gotten an instagram advertisement for a pop-up permanent jewelry shop on 2/11 from 11-2. I had showed up around 12:15 and was given number 23 and the other women i came with were 24-26. , the woman doing the permanent jewelry was on number 11, so we waited promptly for our turns. when it came around to number 22, 2 employees and 2 family were all assigned to the number 22 (4 people total). it is now 2pm at this time, and all of the employees (and owner i believe) in the store are getting their permanent jewelry while the rest of the paying customers are just siting round waiting. it seems extremely unprofessional to have every employee seemingly take customers spots while there is a line up to 33 waiting for their turn. my party and i are genuinely shocked that the employees did not get theirs done before/after and chances are i will not be returning to this boutique for any reason after...

I live out of state but prefer to shop at Apricot Lane on my trips back to the Syracuse area! The boutique has a great mix of current trends, seasonal options, and good classics and basics. The owner, Alison, and her staff are very knowledgeable about their products and are extremely helpful during the shopping experience, whether that is helping me find items, recommending items based on what I’ve found I like and works for me, swapping out sizes in the dressing room, or giving honest feedback on my options. I've been searching everywhere for new clothing that not only fits me well but that can be dressed up or down easily. I'm a busy mom and entrepreneur so I didn't have a lot of time to shop but was immediately greeted by the employees and asked if I needed help. I tried on 7 articles of clothing and found that all 7 fit perfectly and looked amazing! I love the variety of colors and the styles they have to offer.
