I can not rave about this place enough! I was in need of a new runner for my stairs and I had a specific idea in mind. After sharing what I was looking for with Kate she instantly started looking for the rug I was looking for. She found it within hours, and I had samples a few days later! I picked my rug and it was installed within a week. The customer service is amazing and Kate is awesome to work with! My dream stairs became a reality. Also a shopper of the store, there are so many unique items in the store weekly. If you want your home to be decorated with one of a kind items this is the place to go! Five Stars...
