Sam is amazing!! I just moved to the area from Charlotte, NC and I've been to multiple smoke shops in the area but this is the one that will always have my business!! The other man that works in the shop is also great! Sam is extremely kind and knowledgeable and helpful. I needed something very specific for my fiancé's birthday and he went out of his way and ordered it for me. I told him what day I'd be there to pick it up and sure enough I came in and he had it all ready for me. Not from NY, was visiting friends and we went passed this smoke shop, it immediately caught our eye, we turned out and went in. WOW it was beautiful going inside, everything from the interior design, floors, displays, their custom made cigar cabinet. I was in awe, I needed help knowing what to get (Not to familiar) Sam is wonderful, helped me with any questions and then some!
