Zonen Ltd. — Local services in Town of De Witt

I bought a dab rig here on my drive through new york. When I arrived home to try it I realized it has a serious flaw... no matter how little water you put in it once you pull the water comes right out of the mouth piece. I was under the impression I was buying some quality American glass as per my conversation with the gentleman who sold me this but this appears to just be some cheap Chinese glass. Honestly my mistake for not pressing him and asking more questions. If you are looking for quality I would just ask more questions or just go elsewhere. 150$ plus tax for cheap Chinese glass feels bad man... especially when you guys are probably buying this stuff at 7 dollars a rig I mean talk about an upsell. Google phoenix star glass oil rig on global sources and you will see the same piece goes for 5-10 bucks a pop...I am all for supporting a local business but the products you are selling are just bad and the upcharge is absurd.

This is definitely the largest AND best smoke shop I've been to. The gentleman working when I visited was content to let me browse in peace, but was very friendly and knowledgeable when I asked questions or needed help locating specific items. The selection was incredible the pricing was very reasonable. The whole store was very clean and organized in a very intuitive manner making it easy to find what I needed. I only wish that I lived closer honestly. As a side note, even the bathroom was incredible. Very clean and welcoming, not what I'd expect from a smoke shop but I was nevertheless blown away. Great place, have supported them for years for good reason. Friendly staff and some really nice pieces. Update as of 2022: years later, same amazing customer service, vast selection of products and amazing quality(as always). Anything i’ve bought from here has lasted. They have stuff i have been looking for for years. Franco deserves the shoutout because he has helped me since the first time i ever walked into zonen.
