Dollar General — Local services in Town of Fishkill

There’s always a line. No manager around to help new employees. I’ve been standing in line for 10 min now while the new guy is looking around for a manager.

The young man asked the woman to switch registers so that line can diminish and it is locked so we waited another 5 minutes for the manager who came out the back, doing nothing I’m sure because everyone that’s was in that store was in that line, waiting. He should be out here helping the customer and especially since there’s a new person on the floor dealing...

Manager has terrible customer service skills. He made us feel terrible because he thought that the bill we were paying with was too large for our order . Store is always a mess. Will not go back. I’d rather go farther than deal with mean people who...
