What did I lie about in my review?

It seems you have false claims in your response to my review:

The store i took my computer to prior, was unsuccessful in cloning and did not charge any money and told me it was unsuccessful, here i took it and it was unsuccessful, but i was told it was successful and was charged more then the expected price.

The store before did not tamper with original harddrive and neither did i tamper with the original harddrive, it still works fine right now, so im not sure why you make it seem they and i myself caused it to be a more difficult clone then any other clone.

I also most definitely explained the freezing issue, as the freezing was the only reason i even needed it to be worked on. Must not remember me telling you this.

And you must’ve also forgot me telling you i use the computer for producing music, not gaming. And it is a fast enough computer for these tasks, i do not need to upgrade and pay you more money for a new computer. The freezing issue only occurs on a new cloned ssd, but does not happen on my original computer setup.

I cloned it myself and all applications worked except freezing, you said you can clone it and it won’t freeze but i received a clone that has applications not working and even more freezing. Nothing was accomplished but i still am expected to pay more then full price, and if i want you to keep trying to do the job i am expected to keep paying you to try, even after nothing was accomplished yet, and actually my cloned ssd was worse now then when i just did it myself before i...

i am a bit tek-phobic. therefore feel like i could be an easy target for those who are not. when my comp. completely died, my concern was losing the photos, poetry, and short stories on the hard drive. turned out the hard drive was damaged. i was in a near panic, as i refer to the hard drive as "my soul", since it contains my creative work. i took it to andrew, and he was able to save EVERYTHING on the computer, and reinstalled it into a more modern machine, including windows 11. i was a little scared. when we picked it up, he had set the comp. atop a counter to show us what he did, carefully explaining things. he suggested i take a photo of the back of the comp., to help me with hooking it back up at home; i would not have thought to do this, lol. i am very pleased at how well he organized things for me; it was a HUUUUUUGE mess in there, but he organized things beautifully, and i am completely at ease with this new machine. my photos are nicely organized, and i have had no problems finding what i need. andrew also added a bit more memory to the comp. so that i could "grow", creatively, he said. he is patient, explains things very well, and wants to be sure you are happy before walking out the door. service was performed on a timely basis, and he was very fair priced. i highly recommend andrew and COMPUTER SENSE. btw, for those unaware, next year-in october, i believe-windows 10 will not be supported. def. Had a custom built PC (Not built by ComputerSense) that suddenly blue screened one day and would only boot into the BIOS. After troubleshooting to the best of my ability I decided to let people more professional than I take a look and I don't think you can get more professional then the good people at ComputerSense.

Long story short my motherboard had died but not only did ComputerSense help me pick a compatible motherboard, but when I decided to go with a better motherboard than the previous the owner Andrew made sure everything would work and told me about possible upgrades I could make. I bought the motherboard and a new SSD myself but they were still willing to install the new motherboard and clone the old SSD with all my games, files, and of course the OS onto the new faster SSD. After everything was installed they ran several tests on the computer to make sure everything was working as it should. The PC ran perfectly and I was happy to not only have all my files back but also to see that it runs better than it did before, loading faster and getting higher FPS on all the games I play because of the recommend upgrades suggested by Andrew.

Bottom line is that I could not be happier with my experience at ComputerSense, they saved me time, money, and a lot of stress and I would recommend them to everyone. I myself will be contacting them if I ever have issues again or when I want to upgrade/buy a...
