Subway — Restaurant in Town of Ballston

Hands down the absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever experienced. I ordered a chicken BLT salad online. The salad plainly lists that it comes with lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, onions and green peppers. Ok, so I order the salad with less onions and peppers. I get there to pick it up and it's nothing but a bowl of the crappy shredded lettuce. When I questioned this I was told that is what I ordered because I didn't go through and individually pick exactly what I wanted on the salad. Follow along, I ordered a specific salad, why on Earth would I then have to go through and pick the individual items when the salad is already supposed to come with it?? I showed them what I ordered and what it says it comes with. Basically I was told that it's my fault because I don't know how to order and that if I wanted another salad I would have to pay for it. Even tho I already paid for the first nothing salad. Then the icing on the cake is that a coworker of mine was I'm their at the same time and after I left, the old white trash lady that works there was still talking about me after I left. She needs to be on the unemployment line, not the sandwich line. Bottom line, I ordered the correct thing, they either can't read or can't comprehend, make e the wrong thing then blame me, refused to refund me and tried to charge me for a second salad. I will never, every return and I will ensure that all of my coworkers and customers know about the level of customer service...

Been to this location many times as it is conveniently close to my job. Previously I had been satisfied with the quality of the food up until a few months ago. The quality of the sandwiches began to decline drastically. Less and less meat on the sandwiches, lacking on the cheese, meat and veggies in the middle of the sandwich only and the ends left empty. The price seemed to be different every time even though I get the same sandwich every time I go in. Sometimes almost $18 for a footlong with chips and a soda. That's ridiculous considering the sad excuse for a sandwich you get for the money. I took a break for a month or so. Decided to try again today, and I have to say it was the worst sandwich I've ever had from the place. Paid for a footlong pro this time. Supposed to be extra stuff in the sub. There was a scoop and a half of meat, barely any lettuce, peppers plopped in the middle of the sub, the bread was in pieces when I opened it. Completely zero effort. Do yourself a favor and if you're thinking about going to subway, just go to Jersey Mike's instead. Ten times better sub for less money. Will not be...

I wish I could add photos (I’m determined to try and find a way), however on behalf of the subway eater in my house I’m writing this to say that this is the trashiest place I’ve ever seen. They got a roast beef sub just 10 minutes ago and yk what they say about roast beef? Maybe you do, maybe you don’t, but that’s what this sandwich looked like. They got “extra roast beef” aka 2 lousy slices of meat that looked like they’ve been basking in the desert sun all day. They also got tomatoes, which also happened to look like they’ve had been basking in the sun all day, and lettuce, which was a lousy portion but looked okay I suppose.
