I would give zero if I could. Stumbled upon this company and downloaded the app. Thought it was very reasonable and great concept. I just moved and where I rent there is no washer and dryer so this is perfect. Easy to schedule the appointment. See that somebody accepted the job. Nobody shows. I report to customer service if the issue and got a call immediately and was very impressed. Gentleman says we are so very sorry for the inconvenience that the women that accepted the job was new and didn’t realize she accepted the offer. The guy says I’ll reschedule for tomorrow which is today and they will get it back in 24hrs without charging the 24hr fee for the inconvenience. I was impressed and said great. Here we are today and once again nobody shows. In fact the job was never accepted. I called customer care and left a message as no agent was available. Thst was two hours ago with no call back. Tried chatting in the app. Says connecting me to an agent and nobody connects. Gave it two tries. I have gotten rid of the app and will find another company in the county....

I initially contacted them through the convenience of their app, but I never got a pick up or a reschedule time even though they took the payment right away, before services are rendered…I contacted support and they finally apologized and refund my payment two weeks later.So I decided to try them again because again convenience of the app…again no one picked up. I again contacted support and was told that my clothes show it was already done . I had to take a screenshot to show them that the service wasn’t done.Again they apologized told me I was getting a 20.00 refund which I haven’t received yet..The clothes was picked up the following day and returned within the 48 hour turnaround time My issue is the clothes smell great but the folding was poor. Everything was wrinkled which I never had that with other laundry delivery services I used before . I know the company reads this too so please don’t just hire people,.make sure you train them to a satisfaction your company wants...

Each order has had issues, maybe hours late. OK, life happens, but then days late, there is no notice or heads up; it's just business as usual. Now? I'm still waiting for my last order, which is over a week late.
Customer service? Again, friendly when they decide to get back to you. I have tried to reach out, but there has been nothing. I have attempted to send multiple emails from multiple accounts. They still do not bother to respond. It seems people only get a response when they complain online.
I get it. It can be challenging to have a business model that depends on so many moving factors, and things come up. That's life, but maybe try to get back to people in under two weeks? And if it is not too much to ask, a few hours late, fine, happens, but 7-10 days? That...
