Overrated and overpriced. The tool factory may have knowledgeable staff but that’s where it ends. Their prices are expensive and the shopping experience is one step above Harbor Freight. I don’t recommend this place Unless you’re in a bind and can’t travel to Lowe’s or Home Depot. Bought a drill bit that was 3 times what big box store sells it. Visited this dealer a few weeks ago to buy a new yard tool. The owner did his best to show us the models he had available. He wasn't however the most knowledgeable on the equipment specs and different features.
