After more than 25 years, I had to change dealers due to Lincoln’s policy requiring dealerships to have stand alone Lincoln sales’ buildings. After so many years working with a wonderful salesman, it not easy to seek another dealership. I went to Healey Brothers and worked with Corinna. She is knowledgeable, kind and patient. I had a great experience and immediate connection with her. We spent several hours discussing a new leased Nautilus. Corinna followed up with a phone call the following day to answer any questions I might have. We settled on a vehicle and 2 days later I picked up my new vehicle. It was a pleasure working with Elijah in the business office. Corinna and Elijah made this experience very pleasant. In the day of pick up, Corinna met me and my husband with a Birthday balloon and cupcake; it just happened to be my birthday. The car was ready to go and we were introduced to Shaye who set up the technology in my new vehicle. Read moreI have to say leasing a car from this dealership has been the worst experience of any dealership I have ever bought a car from. I waited a month to write this review because although the salesman and service advisors are all very nice I gave ample time for someone from management to reach out and nothing. The management just didn’t care that I bought a brand new vehicle almost a month ago and I had issues day one. My car has been in the service department for 3 weeks. My first payment is due and I haven’t even had my car. Where is management ?????? They don’t care about the so called Stress free experience they say while your on hold. I called so many times and nobody called me back. Plus you should be calling me daily and updating me on my vehicle. Left a message for Chic (Charles) who is the Service Manager and he couldn’t even call me back he pushed me off to someone else. Making the big bucks means you don’t help customers I guess. He shouldn’t be in that position then. The experience has been so stressful. I want people to know before purchasing a car here....
