If I had the option, I'd give this place 0 stars. My daughter was attending the class since July. I switched classes and teachers half way for schedule purposes an got a terrible instructor!!!!!!!I'm extremely upset how the instructor Suzanne treated me an my daughter! She's very unprofessional and disrespectful!!!!My child was progressing and doing great. Being that this is her first activity, I wanted her to enjoy a structured class but also have fun. My daughter worked very hard as this was a new challenging experience for her. She was just starting to really enjoy this. Because my daughter had very minor moments not listening, as this is a normal part of emotional development in a 4 year old, the instructors attitude completely changed in a negative way creating a hostile environment within the class. You can feel her constantly yelling my daughters name negatively the whole class!!!! You can tell shes getting mad towards my child! im observing the class, she even retaliated by not helping her climb one of the bolsters to get to the top as my daughter struggled and she even watched her. After this last class, she came up to me saying in a rude way with attitude, how she's not listening and even called my daughter DEFIANT in a negative way! She made a nasty face as she was saying this to me in FRONT OF MY CHILD. Since when do teachers call children names?! She was also getting angry and nasty bc she felt offended by a 4 year old! I even asked why she didnt help her when struggling! An didnt answer kept tlking negatively bout my child. This was the 3rd class with this teacher i did notice she had bad attitude an make faces at her. I should have listen to my gut she was horrible! I was just getting to knw this instructor before it got worse. I called and complained yet these ppl wanted to defend her bc of her 20 yr track record an had the nerve to tell me I'm the first to complain! They didn't even care! Im the first, but not the last to complain!!!! I pulled my daughter out right away my refund and found a way better place where my child is happy an being treated respectfully!!!! This woman is a bully I'd stay away from this place!!!!!My own child became afraid of her and even expressed it after! I should have pulled her out way sooner!...

Me and my friend signed up our children for fun spring classes at OCSC and each paid almost three hundred dollars for each one. Today her son is given a report card from a 17 year old kid named Colby running the class and was told “he capable of more than he’s showing.” That was given to a 6 year old! This was supposed to be something fun that we PAID for and now the kid doesn’t want to go back. There was no need for a progress report for something fun. The “teacher” then laughed in my friends face when confronted. This is disgusting. I will never PAY for another class at this place. They need to mange their staff better. I am endlessly grateful for the wonderful staff, trainers, group fitness instructors, daycare babysitters, and Gym Babies Gymnastics teachers at OCSC. Without them, my husband and I never could have gotten back into shape. We don't have any family around, so our support system begins and ends with just the two of us. We had some unfortunate and unexpected setbacks after our son was born, leading to our weight gain. We tried for a year to lose the weight on our own, but it wasn't possible until we joined the gym. I'm just really thankful for the supportive staff. My husband has lost 50 lbs, and I've lost 30. Now we're gym members for...
