Central Deli in Florida,NY Has excellent food and a vast variety of quality meats, excellent bread, gourmet soups and home cooked noontime specials. They bake, they grill, they invent marvelous, quickly served dishes and I’ve never returned a meal there yet. Bagels are a must here every third customer walks out with a bag of freshly made NYC quality bagels. Prices are reasonable but top quality provisions are used just to make me fat. You have lots of parking room and can eat in or carry out. The thing I really love about these guys is that tipping isn’t allowed.......in this day and age? The owners have worked an arrangement with the staff and everyone working there gets their share daily.

If you are traveling to Central Deli on a Tuesday the Pine Island Farmer’s Market is open in the field about 100’ up the road and freshly harvested vegetables are sold by the farmers families. Wonderful country folk who sell inexpensively and simply enjoy their customers.
