He went above and beyond, and when a medical emergency happened the day of our event, David showed up in unexpected ways and stepped up where I was unable. The artistry of food is only exceeded by the incredible delicious flavors. Every morsel was better than the next. I could not be more impressed, and everyone raved about it. We contracted Valley Catering & Market for the "Celebration Of Life" for our son, Eddie, that recently passed. Hands down this was the best decision we could have made for catering. David and staff arrived prior to the event thoroughly setting up, with focus on aesthetics and food safety in record time. So many guests commented on how delicious the food was and the bounty was extremely generous.
