Kids had fun, but we will NOT be returning for a party. When the door opened I was taken inside to register, did that, tried to get my husband, and the rest of my family in and the person at the door wouldn't let them through because he was then working on a different party. This was less than a minute after my registering for it daughters party. Then my daughter was holding the door for others and when I told her to come in and start greeting her guests the person at the door AGAIN told her to go to the bank of the line, and when I tried to explain that we had already registered her he cut me off yelling about how rude I was and that I was making the whole line of people wait because I wanted my daughter to be let in. Also the flyer says Birthday child mom and dad free.... This only means Mom and Dad not the child too. Our hostess was good, but the customer service skills of the manager/owner whoever he was are disgusting. Interrupting the paying guest, not letting the rest of my family in after I registered us, especially the birthday child, and then resorting to trying to humiliate her and myself in front of another party is...

Was told the kids could bring hover boards. Then when we got there and was told " We never said that." Staff needs to have better communication with each other. Also was under the impression it would be private skate. There was so many kids there my kids couldnt even skate. They had to sit around and just play arcade games. They came to skate not sit around. So much for Covid precautions. I felt it was less crowded before covid but they crammed 5 bday party s in a 2 hour window. Not a fun experience:(

With my husband as a witness we were specifically" told 2 weeks before the party when we asked in person..That our children could bring their hover boards. Never were we told there would be 5 more parties there. Its fine there are rules in place but all staff needs to be on the same page when telling the public what can and can not be done while there.Take responsibility instead of blaming the customer. Had a horrible experience. We were there for my son's birthday since last year it was a big hit, this year not so much. First I was told I had to keep a close watch on my children, whom are 2 year old twins, that we're playing with the games on the side close to our table. Then I got yelled at for giving my son a ride in my arms around the rink cause he can't skate well and asked to go fast. Then I was yelled at because I was going too fast on the rink... I didn't know there was a speed limit. The place is outdated and it has conformed to the parent's wills that would like to put their children in bubbles. I will not be returning to this establishment which is upsetting to me since I have been going to this place since I was very young and now have four children...
