If I could give 0 stars I would! I ordered a Chimichanga with rice n beans, sent my son in law to pick up the food for me. He comes back and tells me it was $28. At that point I realized they gave me the wrong order so I called and she said oh ya it was a mix if you come back I will give you the right one. So he drives all the way back in a storm for her to tell him if he doesn't give the other food back which was an extra burrito she won't give him his change. Well considering he had to drive his V8 back twice I'm sure an extra burrito isn't going to hurt. Then hands him my food that is now cold with no chips n salsa included. No to mention with an attitude! Portion sizes are also small! I'll stick to Jose's in Baraboo,Portion sizes good along with their attitudes & prices! I'll never go back here & will definitely be telling all my friends n family! EDIT: Went back to explain all of this to her and she tried to say the chips n salsa are free so...actually you have to buy something in order to get "Free" chips & salsa! Lady was soooo rude! I wouldn't send my dog there ✌️ no matter what you make it right! She never asked his name, only asked what the order was and never multiple times. So happens the other order was almost the same which is why you ask for a name. Weather has nothing to do with it. When we said there was no chips in the second bag that was given to us she said "they are free" . So I can just walk in anytime and get free chips n salsa? Doubt it. You have to order. Quick, polite, attentive service which was great. It was a quiet time with only 1 other table occupied at the time so I was surprised that they seated me right next to the other dinners. It would have been nicer to be separated a little though when another pair came in even though they were across the room their conversations carried loudly. I did enjoy the bold Latino artwork and the decor. They have a large menu. Chips and salsa were provided. I decided on the special of Mexican street tacos Al Pastor. The corn tortillas and veggies were perfect, though I think some tomatoes would have been nice. I think I would try a different meat next time. Authentic is a really great way to describe the food! Really good. Flan was so rich and creamy just sooo good. The staff is extremly attentive and sweet and just overall great service. Presentation of food is an A+ The biggest point drops for me was just the location and size. When you first enter you have to walk up stairs so its not handicap friendly... which is something i really look for in a business.
