Can't say enough good things about Capitals staff. The cam bearings came out of my 2007 45 hp Mahindra and there were other issues. Being so old parts were hard to find. After 3 months of looking for a new motor I was about to give up and cut my losses. Then the parts dept found a motor same tractor as mine, it was an insurance salvage. They had it shipped up to CT. They pulled the motor apart, tested and retested, used some parts from my tractor. Put the motor back together, put the tractor back together, Did a lot of other things. My lord it runs better than ever!!!! I'm amazed how they can do that. I have trouble finding my way downstairs.

I want to say "THANK YOU" to Brian the service mgr who was a big help keeping in touch with me through out the process and working within my budget. The cost was still a lot less than a used or new tractor with a computer system. Being just a hobby farmer growing food for the local food pantry, I can only afford so much. I really appreciate the people at CT for making it possible.

Also a thank you to Kevin (the shipper). He calls me before he leaves the yard, I'll be there in 20 minutes..Twenty minutes later he's at the gate, winches up...

I previously owned a New Holland Workmaster 25S. The tractor was a very good but the service I received from Capital Tractor was OUTSTANDING. I am approximately 50 mile from the shop and many times they were able to diagnose and point me in the right direction for the repair. For the few times I needed assistance Caleb there road service tech came and always treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. He NEVER left without making me comfortable that the tractor was repaired or parts were ordered. Unfortunately I wanted a tractor that was a little bigger with Air Conditioning and New Holland did not have what I was looking for. And again “UNFORTUNATELY” I traded it on a Kubota which I bought in Charlton NY won’t mention the dealers name but the worst experience I’ve ever had from the purchase to service. I purchased a tractor about a year ago from Capital tractor. The salesman Drew was very friendly and super knowledgeable about the tractor and all the attachments. I was concerned about service on the tractor because of where I live and the fact that I wasn't familiar with fixing tractors if it broke down. Drew assured me that the service department was top notch. Unfortunately I had a few issues with the tractor (all covered under warranty). When I called, they actually dispatched a Technician that day. They came out and fixed the problem so that I had no down time. I have called them 3-4 times now and have had the same results each and every time. The service department is a pleasure to call into and deal with and the Technicians have been awesome.
