Went here in july to upgrade my parents jetpack. Guy helping us seemed out to lunch. Didn't bother to activate the device even though we were the only ones in the store at this point. Never worked right. Parents brought it back to the store and no one would help them because it had been 31 days. They live in the mountains, both work full-time and are raising their grandchild. Come on, it's a day. At least help them call verizon and get it worked out. We've had the device replaced 2x since then, and have been told we were sold the wrong device for our area by another VERIZON employee in Saratoga.
I've spent and continue to spend hours on the phone trying to get a different device so my parents can simply check their email. Terrible...

Not only was he well informed about the variety of options available he also articulated the choices clearly and made some useful recommendations. Andrew and the staff took the time to explain what was going on with my phone. unfortunately I needed to get a new one but, unlike other stores the didn't pressure me into the newest most expensive phone. The explained the details of the phones and then with their help we picked the best phone for my needs. Andrew and the staff took the time messing with my phone that only worked part time to make sure everything was backed up and transferred onto the new one without any Hassel.
